About
Baby Yoga Teacher Training is a warm, practical and confidence-building programme that teaches you how to safely and meaningfully guide parents and their babies through nurturing, developmentally-supportive classes. This training blends baby-led movement, early development, postnatal recovery, and circle-holding skills so you can create classes that feel calm, connected and genuinely supportive for new families. Across the course, you’ll learn: • Safe baby yoga sequences • How to support digestion, settling, sensory integration and bonding • Key postnatal considerations, including pelvic health and emotional wellbeing • How to structure and deliver classes that flow • How to hold space for new mums in a grounded, inclusive and trauma-aware way • Practical teaching skills so you feel confident from your very first class This training is ideal for movement teachers, birth workers, postpartum professionals and facilitators who want to offer meaningful parent-and-baby classes rooted in knowledge, compassion and community care. This course consists of: - Self paced online learning - 2 in person workshops at Nest - Practical Exam - you teaching a baby yoga class at Nest. - Optional group monthly coaching call with Jenny - Business and Marketing workshop The course also includes photo and video clips of you teaching to help you get started with marketing your classes. I’ve taught hundreds of women through my Mellow Mummas classes, retreats, and baby yoga programmes, and everything I teach in this training is rooted in years of real-life, baby-led class experience. I’m a mum of three, an antenatal educator, and the founder of Nest Glasgow, a community studio built around connection and maternal wellbeing. I’ll teach you the skills with clarity, hold space for your confidence to grow.
