Supporting parents, children and teenagers through the big feelings of growing up and raising a family.

Laura is a coach, therapist, teacher and mum of two with over 14 years’ experience supporting young people with their mental health. Through Huge Little Minds, she works closely with families who are navigating anxiety, overwhelm, anger, confidence challenges, or behaviour that feels difficult to understand. Her approach blends evidence-based coaching, therapy and hypnosis with a calm, compassionate style that helps parents feel grounded and supported — and helps children and teens feel seen, understood and capable. Laura offers: Coaching for Parenting Challenges For parents who want to understand their child’s emotions and behaviour, learn practical strategies, and support their child through anxiety, big feelings or low confidence. Wellbeing Coaching & Therapy for Parents For mums and dads who feel stretched thin, stuck in the mental load, or disconnected from who they used to be — and want to feel calmer, happier and more themselves again. 1:1 Coaching for Teenagers & Older Children For young people struggling with worry, low self-esteem, big emotions, anger, exam stress or motivation. Across all her work, Laura’s goal is simple: to empower families with the tools, emotional understanding and confidence they need to thrive.
