Pregnancy has a way of slowing you down and speeding you up all at once. Your body is shifting, your mind is full, and you’re holding so much more than just the growing life inside you.

Our Pregnancy Yoga classes are here to give you a weekly moment to breathe, soften, and reconnect with yourself. This is your space, warm, steady, and designed for the realities of pregnancy, not perfection.

What you’ll experience

• Safe, prenatal-friendly movement
Gentle flows, strength where you need it, and conscious stretches to ease common pregnancy discomforts, lower back tension, tight hips, pelvic heaviness, and difficulty sleeping.

• Breathwork for pregnancy + birth
Simple, powerful breathing practices that support you now and give you tools for labour.

• Nervous system support
Deep rest, slow restorative poses, and grounding visualisation to help you feel more regulated and resilient throughout your pregnancy.

• Community + connection
No pressure, no judgment, just other women walking the same path. Many mums tell us this is the highlight of their week.

Who these classes are for

Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy right up until birth. No previous yoga experience needed, come exactly as you are.

  • mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets

  • soft lighting and a calm, cosy studio

  • a supportive teacher who understands pregnancy (and motherhood) deeply

  • time to chat, connect and be held by community
