Nest Studio Guidelines & Booking Updates

As Nest continues to grow, we’re seeing more full classes and waitlists. To keep things running smoothly and ensure spaces are used fairly, we’re putting a few clearer structures in place. Nothing drastic, just tightening things up to support the experience for everyone.

 

Arrival

 

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your class start time. Late arrivals may be admitted at the teacher’s discretion. Sound baths cannot admit latecomers once started.

 

Prams and belongings

 

  • If you don’t need your pram upstairs, please avoid bringing it to keep space for others.

  • Anything left out of sight, e.g., prams, is at your own risk. Please bring valuables inside and use the lockers.

  • Note: the lockers are a favourite plaything for children, so keys may not always match, but they are not essential to use the locker.

     

Shoes and studio care

 

  • Most classes are shoes-off unless directed otherwise. Please remove your shoes before entering and use the lockers.

  • Keep the studio door closed to prevent little ones wandering and to minimise noise for neighbouring spaces, including the therapy room.

  • Children need to be supervised at all times, including in the kitchen or bathroom.

 

Noise awareness

 

  • Treatments, massages, and coaching happen in our Snug, and other therapists also work on our floor near the lift.

  • Catch-ups and chats are best kept inside the studio or by the lift area to maintain a calm, quiet environment.

 

Cancellations and no-shows

 

We understand plans can change, especially with little ones. To manage full classes fairly:

  • Cancel up to 12 hours in advance directly via the booking system.

  • Between 12 hours and the class start time, please reach out to us via email or WhatsApp to release your space.

  • Cancellations within 4 hours of class start, or no-shows, incur a £3 fee.

This is a space to connect with other members, Jenny, and the admin team. Replies aren’t always immediate as we’re often teaching or in sessions, but it’s a lovely way to stay in the loop and ask questions.

 

After your class

 

  • You’re welcome to stay in the studio for 10–15 minutes. For longer feeding or relaxation, please use the communal kitchen area by the gents’ toilets.

  • Tea and coffee are complimentary, if a teacher is unable to make one at that moment, you’re very welcome to help yourself.

  • Please tidy up after yourself and your little ones:

    • Put toys, dishes, cutlery, or high chairs back in place.

    • Spray and wipe down mats used in your class.

    • Clean up any remains of children’s snacks and avoid them eating on Yoga mats.

    • Do not change babies’ nappies on Yoga mats. Use the basket in the studio for a quick change or the fold-down table in the accessible toilet for soiled nappies.

       

Cancellations, contact, and app

 

  • Cancellations can be sent via email or WhatsApp, but the policy still applies.

  • Email, Instagram, and WhatsApp are the only channels monitored for cancellations.
