Motherhood can make your world feel smaller at a time when you need connection most.
Nest was created to change that.
We put social wellness at the heart of everything we do.
Somewhere to go, people who know your name, movement that feels good and a community to journey this season of life alongside.

I created Nest for mums like me
Hi, I’m Jenny, mum of three, pre and postnatal movement specialist, and the founder of Nest.
Nest grew from my own experience of motherhood, and from seeing how often mums are expected to carry on, recover, figure things out and somehow find their people at the same time.
I wanted to create somewhere that supported the mother as much as the baby.
A place where you can move without needing childcare, feed your baby without feeling self-conscious, ask questions, meet other mums, access specialist support and have somewhere in your week that feels like it’s for you too.
Nest brings together baby classes, postpartum movement, pregnancy support, education, specialist workshops, community and social wellness under one roof.
Whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum or navigating the toddler years, Nest is here to give you practical support, meaningful connection and a community to grow with.

Your first week at Nest, according to mums who’ve been here recently
Don’t just take our word for it.
Nest is a place that’s hard to explain until you’ve actually been.
So we’ll let the mums who’ve been here tell you what it feels like.

This is what makes Nest, Nest
Flexibility that fits your life
Drop into different classes and find a rhythm that works for your season of motherhood.
Feel seen, not sold to
No gym-bro energy here. Just a space where you’re understood, respected, and never told "we all have the same 24 hours."
Led by teachers who truly get it
Our pre and postnatal classes are taught by passionate, knowledgeable instructors with real-life lived experience of motherhood.
Tea, coffee, and no pressure
The hot drinks are on the house — and so is the understanding. Come exactly
as you are.
Reduced logistics stress
Free car park, lift access, buggy space — because getting here shouldn’t be hard.
No pressure to bounce back
We’re not here to fix you — we’re here to hold space for your real, evolving self.
Real community, not just a class
Be part of something that genuinely supports your mental wellbeing — beyond the studio
Little ones always front of mind
A purpose-built, baby-friendly space — not just a gym ticking a box with a “mum and baby” class
You’ll never be filmed without consent
We only capture content during clearly marked sessions

Because self care shouldn't always require childcare
A note from our founder, Jenny
When I had my first baby, I thought I knew what postpartum would look like. I’d taught yoga for years, I understood movement, I’d prepared for birth, and I assumed I’d somehow find my feet as I went.
What I hadn’t fully appreciated was how much I would change too.
My body felt different. My routines disappeared. My sense of self shifted. Some days I wanted to move, some days I just needed to get out of the house and speak to another adult.
That experience shaped so much of what Nest became.
We don’t ask you to rush through postpartum and we certainly don’t expect you to “bounce back”. There is no going back. You are moving forward with a new body, a new rhythm and, often, a new sense of who you are.
Our membership is designed to support that.
Each week, you can choose what suits you and your little one as your needs change. You’re not tied into a block booking on the same day and time every week, so you can work around naps, appointments and real life, while naturally meeting lots of different people along the way.
One week you might need postpartum movement. The next, Baby Yoga, Sensory Play or Play Café.
My hope is that Nest gives you somewhere to keep coming back to while you find your feet in this new chapter.
From one mumma to another.
With love,
Jenny x
