A 12-week guided journey for mothers, combining movement, education, and emotional support, the care I wish I’d had after my first baby.

Slow strength, deep confidence and compassionate coaching for every stage of postpartum.

Developed by Jenny Clark, founder of Nest. This one of a kind program combines therapeutics, somatics, yoga, pilates, reformer, breathwork, meditation and coaching in a supportive 1x1 setting.

Why This Bundle Exists

Postpartum isn’t just a “recovery period.”


It’s a profound transformation, one that deserves curiosity, guidance, and rest.

After three pregnancies and years of supporting women through yoga and recovery, I saw how many mothers are left to navigate pelvic floor changes, diastasis, postnatal aches, and emotional overwhelm alone.

That’s why I created this coaching bundle: to give you steady, holistic support that honours the whole of you — body, mind, and heart.
