Developed by Jenny Clark, founder of Nest. These unique programs combine therapeutics, somatics, yoga, pilates, reformer, breathwork, meditation and coaching in a supportive 1x1 or small group setting.
Why These Programs Exists
Postpartum isn’t just a “recovery period.”
It’s a profound transformation, one that deserves curiosity, guidance, and rest.
After three pregnancies and years of supporting women through yoga and recovery, I saw how many mothers are left to navigate pelvic floor changes, diastasis, postnatal aches, and emotional overwhelm alone.
That’s why I created these programs: to give you steady, holistic support that honours the whole of you — body, mind, and heart.
