
Baby Yoga is a beautiful blend of playful movement, soothing stretches, and mindful connection. These classes are designed to support your baby’s development while giving you space to move, breathe and feel grounded in your postpartum body.
Everything is baby-led, you can feed, cuddle, rock or rest at any point. There’s no “should,” no pressure. Just a calm, friendly space where both of you can unwind and enjoy each other.

Who these classes are for
Suitable from around 10–12 weeks (or when your baby feels ready) up to pre-crawling. No yoga experience needed, all movements are slow, simple and safe.
