Baby Yoga Teacher Training

This training equips you to hold gentle, developmentally supportive classes for babies and their mothers. You’ll explore bonding, nervous system regulation, safe movement, and how to create warm, welcoming spaces for early motherhood.

Jenny Clark — Baby Yoga Teacher Training
Jenny is the founder of Nest and Mellow Mummas and a mother of three.
She has taught baby yoga and postnatal movement to hundreds of families, blending softness, playfulness and emotional attunement with safe, developmentally supportive practices.
Jenny’s classes and trainings centre connection over perfection.
With her guidance, you’ll learn how to hold space not just for movement, but for the real, raw, beautiful realities of early parenthood.

Alice Gray — Pre & Postnatal Yoga Teacher
Alice is a senior yoga teacher, doula and perinatal educator with over a decade of experience supporting women and birthing people through pregnancy, birth and early motherhood.
Known for her calm, grounded presence and deep respect for the body's wisdom, Alice brings a rich blend of anatomical knowledge, nervous system awareness and community-based care into her teachings.
Her approach is both evidence-informed and soul-centred, combining practical tools with a deep reverence for the lived experience of matrescence.
Alice’s trainings are spacious, inclusive, and truly transformational.
