With over 12 years of experience as a yoga teacher, antenatal educator, and business mentor, Jenny is passionate about empowering mothers through movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection. As a mother of three herself, she understands the realities of balancing self-care, parenting, and work. She specialises in pregnancy and postnatal yoga, birth preparation yoga, pilates, meditation, and breathwork, helping mums prepare for birth, recover postnatally, and find space for themselves amidst the demands of motherhood. Beyond movement, Jenny also mentors mother-led businesses, guiding them to create sustainable, profitable venturesthat align with their passions. Whether she's leading a class, hosting a workshop, or supporting women in business, Jenny’s work is rooted in community, well-being, and empowerment.
