A gentle, restorative class designed to reconnect you with your postpartum body. Rebuild focuses on pelvic floor awareness, deep core activation, mobility and slow, intentional movement to release the tension that builds from feeding, carrying and broken sleep. This class supports you to understand your body, feel more in tune with it and build the foundations you need to move confidently again.
Ideal for early postpartum or anyone needing a supportive reset.
Suitable from 6–10 weeks postpartum (with sign-off) and welcoming you whenever you’re ready.

A steady progression from early recovery into deeper strength and stability. Strong combines low-impact cardio, functional strength and mobility to support real-life motherhood — lifting, bending, carrying and playing. You’ll leave feeling energised, capable and more connected to your strength.
