Your postpartum body is powerful, tender, wise, reshaping itself day by day. At Nest, our postpartum fitness classes are designed to meet you right where you are: tired, curious, rebuilding, healing, or ready to feel stronger again.

These classes are grounded, safe, and supportive. No bounce-back culture. No pressure. Just intelligent movement, a warm community, and a teacher who understands the realities of early motherhood.

We offer three gentle-but-empowering postpartum options: Postnatal Pilates, Postnatal Barre, and Strong Mummas.

Postnatal Pilates

Postnatal Pilates helps you rebuild strength from the inside out. With a focus on breath, alignment and gentle activation, we support your core and pelvic floor while easing tension in your neck, shoulders, back and hips.

Perfect if you’re looking to:

  • reconnect with your core safely

  • support or recover from abdominal separation

  • ease aches from feeding, carrying and sleepless nights

  • restore strength with calm, steady movement

  • feel more balanced and supported in your body

Suitable from 6–8 weeks postpartum (with sign-off) and welcoming you whenever you’re ready.

Postnatal Barre

- Uplifting movement

- Low-impact strength

- Energising flow

Barre is a fun, upbeat class that blends ballet-inspired movement, Pilates and low-impact cardio. It’s challenging in a feel-good way, helping you build strength, stability, and stamina without strain.

Perfect if you want to:

  • build whole-body strength

  • feel more energised and connected

  • tone your core, legs, and glutes safely

  • move in a way that feels light, supportive and confidence-boosting

This class is mum-friendly, body-kind and fully postpartum safe.

Strong Mummas

- Progressive strength

- Confidence-building movement

- Supportive community

Strong Mummas is a gentle step-up for mums who are ready to feel strong again. It’s a low-impact strength class focusing on functional movement, lifting, squatting, lunging, pressing, all taught with postpartum awareness and adaptable options.

Perfect if you’re ready to:

  • rebuild strength with guidance and safety

  • feel confident lifting your growing baby

  • improve posture, tone and mobility

  • deepen your core and pelvic floor function

  • enjoy a class that celebrates your strength

This class is friendly, encouraging, and welcoming to all levels.
