Service Description

A nourishing, baby-led experience designed to support both you and your little one. In this gentle and welcoming class, you'll learn a complete baby massage sequence that can help ease digestion, soothe colic and tummy discomfort, encourage relaxation, and support better sleep. Alongside massage, we'll weave in simple songs, nursery rhymes, and gentle melodies that encourage interaction, communication, and playful connection with your baby. Combining touch, voice, movement, and eye contact creates a rich sensory experience that supports your baby's development while strengthening your bond. Each class is grounded in connection — a space where feeding, changing, cuddling, crying, and all the emotions of early motherhood are completely welcome. You'll receive a bottle of organic, unscented sunflower oil to use during class and take home, and we'll explore how baby massage engages all five senses through nurturing touch, scent, sound, movement, and eye contact — the foundations of secure attachment. These classes are more than just practical. They're designed to nurture you, too. Massage releases oxytocin in both parent and baby, supporting bonding, relaxation, and maternal wellbeing. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with other parents and find community during this beautiful, slower moment in the week. Taught in a 5-week rolling block, each class includes massage for the feet, legs, and one additional area of the body. You can attend for as many blocks as you like until your baby is on the move, building confidence and deepening your connection as they grow. No experience needed. Just bring yourself, your baby, and whatever kind of day you're having.
