Service Description

Birth Prep Yoga is a gentle and informative class designed to help you prepare for labor by improving mobility and understanding how your body moves. Through a combination of mindful movement, fascia release techniques, and pelvic mobility exercises, this class helps you build strength, flexibility, and awareness of your body’s alignment. You'll learn how fascia can impact movement and how unlocking pelvic movement can support labour and birth. With a focus on breath, movement, and mindset, this class will leave you feeling empowered, informed, and ready for the birth of your baby. Recommended from Week 12 and to get the most out of the session it is recommended you come regularly.

Cancellation Policy

You are able to amend or cancel your booking with no fee up until 14 days prior to your booking. From 14 to 7 days, cancellations incur a 50% fee. From 7 days to event day, cancellations incur an 100% fee.
