Service Description
Balance is a movement class designed to help you feel stronger, more connected and more at home in your body. This class blends gentle yoga, pilates-based strength work and somatic movement with guided breathwork to support recovery, regulation and overall wellbeing. Each session focuses on improving core strength, pelvic stability, posture and mobility while also calming the nervous system and easing mental load. Led by experienced pre and postnatal specialist, Jenny, Balanced Mamas is ideal for mums who want movement that feels intelligent, nourishing and restorative rather than rushed or intense. You will be guided through functional, mindful movement that supports real life motherhood, from lifting and carrying to releasing tension and rebuilding confidence in your body. Suitable for pregnancy and postnatal mums, with options and progressions offered throughout.
