Join us for this special interactive workshop designed to help children feel calmer, braver and more confident as they prepare to begin their school journey.
Starting school is a huge milestone, not just for children, but for parents too.
Through stories, games, movement, drawing and practical coping strategies, children will be introduced to what worry is, why it happens, how it can make their bodies feel and most importantly, what they can do when those worried feelings show up.
Together, we’ll explore some of the common worries children have about starting school, including:
● Saying goodbye to parents
● Making new friends
