A joyful afternoon of connection, creativity, and calm.
Join us at Nest for a special mother–daughter gathering designed to nurture your bond through mindful movement and hands-on creativity. We'll begin with a gentle, family-friendly yoga session to stretch, breathe, and connect, followed by a flower crown making workshop using fresh seasonal blooms.
This isn’t just a craft session or a yoga class — it’s a chance to slow down and truly be together. To share laughter, creativity, and calm in a beautiful, welcoming space. We will be exploring co-regulation techniques, how we can integrate mindfulness into our childs daily rhythms and more.
