I didn’t come to baby yoga looking for a big business or a packed timetable. I came to it as a mum. A mum of three. I needed work that fitted into real life, not something that asked me to bend my family around it. I’d already been teaching yoga for years. Evening classes, workshops, retreats. I loved the work, but baby yoga showed me something different. It showed me how powerful this stage of motherhood is, and how sustainable this work can be when it’s structured properly.
