About Nest
Nest was created from a simple belief: no parent should have to navigate pregnancy, postpartum or early parenthood alone.
We know that becoming a parent is about so much more than caring for a baby. It's a profound life transition that impacts your body, mind, relationships and sense of identity. Yet so many families are expected to figure it out without the support, community and guidance they deserve.
That's why we created Nest.
Based in Glasgow, Nest is a social wellness club for parents, bringing together expert-led movement, evidence-informed education and genuine human connection, all under one roof. From pregnancy yoga and antenatal education to baby classes, postnatal rehabilitation, strength training, workshops, family events and wellbeing experiences, everything we offer is designed to help parents feel stronger, more confident and less alone.
We support you through every stage of the journey, from pregnancy and birth preparation to the early years of parenting, while creating opportunities to build friendships, find your village and prioritise your own wellbeing alongside your child's.
At Nest, we believe that when parents are supported, families flourish. We're not just a place to attend a class. We're a community that's rebuilding the village every family deserves.

I created Nest for mums like me
Hi, I’m Jenny — a mum of three, a yoga teacher, and someone who’s lived the beauty and burnout of early motherhood.
When I had my first baby, I was overwhelmed by how little space there was for mums to simply be. Not rushed, not judged, not expected to bounce back — just held.
I craved a place where I could move my body without needing childcare. Where I could feed my baby without side-eyes. Where I could have a cuppa and a conversation that wasn’t about nap schedules.
Nest is the space I wish I’d had.
A calm, clutter-free studio built around real-life motherhood — with baby-friendly classes, quiet co-working, community meet-ups, and space to reconnect with yourself.
Whether you’re pregnant, postnatal, or in the thick of toddlerhood — you’re so welcome here.

This is what makes Nest, Nest
Flexibility that fits your life
Drop into different classes and find a rhythm that works for your season of motherhood.
Feel seen, not sold to
No gym-bro energy here. Just a space where you’re understood, respected, and never told "we all have the same 24 hours."
Led by teachers who truly get it
Our pre and postnatal classes are taught by passionate, knowledgeable instructors with real-life lived experience of motherhood.
Tea, coffee, and no pressure
The hot drinks are on the house — and so is the understanding. Come exactly as you are.
Reduced logistics stress
Free car park, lift access, buggy space — because getting here shouldn’t be hard.
No pressure to bounce back
We’re not here to fix you — we’re here to hold space for your real, evolving self.
Real community, not just a class
Be part of something that genuinely supports your mental wellbeing — beyond the studio
Little ones always front of mind
A purpose-built, baby-friendly space — not just a gym ticking a box with a “mum and baby” class
You’ll never be filmed without consent
We only capture content during clearly marked sessions
