The Resilient Mother Drop-In Clinic
with Master Psychologist Dee Butler
Service Description
A gentle, reflective drop-in series exploring the emotional and psychological realities of motherhood. Motherhood can bring profound love alongside unexpected shifts — in identity, capacity, relationships, and emotional landscape. This clinic offers a grounded space to make sense of those changes, not by trying to “fix” them, but by understanding them more deeply and learning how to move through them with greater steadiness and self-compassion. Each session is shaped around a key theme — from identity shifts and cognitive overload, to nervous system activation and the emotional complexity of motherhood. Together, we explore what it means to feel “always on,” to carry the invisible mental load, and to hold space for the many, often conflicting, emotions that arise in this season of life. Alongside shared reflection and psychoeducation from Dee’s expertise as a Master Psychologist, there is space for personal insight, lived experience, and gentle practical tools to support regulation, capacity, and resilience in everyday life. This is not about becoming a different kind of mother. It is about creating space to come back to yourself within the one you already are becoming. A steady, compassionate clinic for the mind and nervous system — supporting mothers to feel more resourced, more understood, and less alone.
