Drop in for our next studio open day, where the kettle’s always on and something beautiful is always happening. Every hour on the hour we’ll be offering short 30-minute taster sessions—yoga, pilates, meditation, movement, and more—led by our community of brilliant teachers. Whether you’re early postnatal, further along, or just needing some space for yourself, there’s something here for you.
