Our Postpartum & Beyond Open Day is a chance to see what’s possible when you have a village around you, a moment to breathe, and a space that’s designed with both you and your little one in mind.

You’ll be able to explore our beautiful studio, meet our teachers and therapists, and hear more about how we support mums through movement, connection and care. From the early newborn days through to the toddler years and beyond, you’re welcome here.
