What is Corporate Antenatal at Nest?

Corporate Antenatal is a company-funded wellbeing offering for employees who are:

  • Pregnant

  • Postpartum

  • Parenting in the early years

Your business pays for access, and your employees receive expert-led support through Nest Glasgow and our trusted faculty.

Why this matters for businesses?

Pregnancy and early parenthood directly impact wellbeing, attendance, confidence and retention.

Did you know:

  • 85% of women with mental health challenges are parents

When parents are unsupported, businesses feel it. When parents are held, teams thrive.

Journey Begins: Understanding Labour & Birth

What really happens when labour starts? In this session, we break down the stages of labour in a simple, reassuring way. You will learn what to expect, how to recognise the signs, and when to contact your midwife or go to the hospital. Learn practical ways to stay calm, informed and in control, no matter how your labour unfolds.

Your Birth, Your Way: Choices, Interventions & Pain Relief

Birth is not one-size-fits-all. In this empowering session, we explore your full spectrum of options ( and remember - if you don't know them it is the same as if you don't have them) where to give birth, who to have with you, medical pain relief, natural methods, and every ‘what if’ in between. Learn how to navigate interventions with confidence and make informed decisions that feel right for you. We’ll also explore how to ask questions, communicate with your team, and start thinking about what matters to you in a birth plan. Supportive of all birth types, from home birth to planned Caesarean.

Ready for Labour: Practical Tools, Positions & Planning

This hands-on session is all about getting practical. Discover simple, effective tools to help you through contractions. From upright positions and breathing techniques to partner support and comfort ideas. We'll also spend time guiding you through writing your personalised birth preferences, so you leave with something concrete and confidence-boosting.

Hello, Baby: Caring for Your Newborn with Confidence

The early days with a new baby can be overwhelming. This gentle, judgement-free session covers the basics of newborn care: nappy changing, cord care, bathing, safe sleep practices, winding and soothing techniques. Whether you’re a first-time parent or want a refresher, you’ll leave feeling more prepared and confident. Supportive, inclusive, and packed with practical tips.

Nest

I am Jenny

A mum of three, yoga teacher, antenatal educator, and the founder of Mellow Mummas and Nest here in Glasgow.

Mellow Mummas began as a way to support women through the wild, beautiful changes of pregnancy and new motherhood. What started as a single yoga class has grown into a thriving community—one rooted in calm, connection, and deep care for mums and parents in the early years.

Now, through Nest, that vision has expanded into a physical home for all things motherhood and wellbeing. A space where you can move, rest, connect, ask questions, cry if you need to, and feel completely held in your parenting journey.
