THE VILLAGE
8-WEEK POSTPARTUM SUPPORT GROUP
What to Expect
The Village is led and facilitated by experienced perinatal educator and doula, Aurelija, who will gently guide the group across the full 8-week journey.
Alongside weekly support and conversation, each session explores a different area of postpartum recovery, baby development, and early motherhood, bringing together grounded guidance, practical support, and honest discussion.
Throughout the programme, we’ll also welcome a small number of trusted guest experts to support specialist topics and offer additional insight and reassurance where needed.
Topics across the 8 weeks may include:
-
Pelvic floor recovery & reconnecting with your body
-
Core healing & returning to movement safely
-
Infant development & what’s actually normal
-
Sleep, settling & understanding your baby’s cues
-
Feeding support & common challenges
-
Herbal and natural postpartum support
-
Matrescence, identity & emotional wellbeing in motherhood
Each week is designed to feel supportive, conversational, and deeply human, not overwhelming or clinical.
You’re not expected to arrive with all the answers.
This is a space to ask questions, feel held, and learn as you go.

What makes The Village different
A consistent group, you stay with the same mums for all 8 weeks
A safe, small-group space (max 10 mums)
