This supportive, mum-friendly session blends gentle, functional movements to improve core stability, posture, and mobility—perfect for pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. With adaptable exercises to suit all fitness levels, it’s a welcoming space to move, reconnect, and feel strong in your body. Babies and Toddlers welcome.

Cancellation Policy
You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the session starts. Cancelations with less than 24 hours to go will not be re-credited or refunded. This applies to classes, play cafes and co-working. Private rental policies are separate.
