A full-body workout designed to help you build strength, stability, and confidence in a way that feels good. This supportive, mum-friendly session blends gentle, functional movements to improve core stability, posture, and mobility—perfect for pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. With adaptable exercises to suit all fitness levels, it’s a welcoming space to move, reconnect, and feel strong in your body. Babies and Toddlers welcome.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your class up to 12 hours in advance via the booking system. Please do not reach out to us if it is over 12 hours, this should be done directly by you on the website or app. If you are on an unlimited membership and need to cancel within 12 hours, please email us or send a message via Instagram so we can release your space. Any cancellation made less than 4 hours before class, or a no show, will incur a £3 fee.
