Meet Nikki Bergen

Nikki started as a professional dancer, until a knee injury sent her into Pilates, and Pilates sent her down a rabbit hole she never climbed out of. Reformer privates at a sports rehab clinic gave her a crash course few teachers ever get: a nurse with a herniated disc, a pregnant client with pelvic pain, a new mum with diastasis recti and a teenage gymnast with incontinence, all in one day. That's the education The Belle Method was built on.

Two decades later, she's one of Canada's most sought-after health and fitness professionals, and the founder of a method that has become the go-to language for pelvic-floor-informed movement teaching worldwide. This February, she's bringing it to Glasgow in person.
