Super Sibling. Get ready for baby!

A fun, confidence-boosting workshop for families expecting baby number two (or beyond). This gentle, play-based session helps your older child feel more prepared, included, and excited for their new role as a big sibling.

Together we explore what babies are like, what they need, and how older siblings can help in simple, safe and meaningful ways. Children get hands-on time with dolls to practise cuddles, gentle touch and nappy changing, along with stories, games and a little craft activity to make something special for the new baby.

For parents, this workshop offers reassurance and practical tips on supporting your child through big emotions, common behaviour changes and the transition into becoming a family of four (or more).

You’ll leave with a more confident soon-to-be sibling, a toolkit of ideas to ease the transition, and a sweet keepsake to welcome your new arrival.
