Rebuild & Restore is where your post partum recovery actually starts to make sense. This is not about jumping back into workouts or guessing your way through it. It’s about learning how to properly reconnect with your core and pelvic floor, support your body and rebuild strength in a way that actually lasts. Through breath, alignment and simple, effective movement, you’ll start to feel stronger, more supported and more confident in your body again… not just in class, but in everyday life.
