The Village (10-week postpartum support group) Think new mum school… with good coffee, and expert guidance you can actually trust. The Village is an 8-week postpartum group designed to support you through early motherhood in a way that feels structured, held, and genuinely helpful. Running weekly on Thursdays, 12:30–2pm from 17th September, this is a small, consistent group space for mums in the early months after birth. We have 10 spaces available. Each week brings a focused theme around your recovery, your baby’s development, and the emotional transition into motherhood — combining expert input with real conversation, reassurance, and community. No overwhelm. No Googling at 2am. Just grounded, practical support — week by week. What we cover across the 10 weeks Each session includes a focused topic, guided discussion, and space to ask questions. We explore: Pelvic floor health and reconnecting with your body after birth Core rebuilding and safe return to movement Returning to exercise with confidence Infant development and what’s actually normal Sleep, settling, and understanding your baby’s cues Feeding support and common challenges Herbal and natural postpartum support Matrescence, identity, and the emotional shift into motherhood (Topics may gently evolve depending on guest speakers and group needs.)
