With a rotating lineup of expert practitioners, each session offers a unique experience—ranging from sound healing and mindfulness to breathwork, gentle movement, and guided meditation. Whether you need to reset, recharge, or simply take a moment for yourself, Rest is a space to slow down, breathe, and be held. No experience needed—just come as you are and allow yourself to unwind.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your class up to 12 hours in advance via the booking system. Please do not reach out to us if it is over 12 hours, this should be done directly by you on the website or app. Less tan 4 ours notice to cancel a space or not showing at all may result in a penalty fee.
