A deeply restorative session designed to calm your nervous system, release tension, and invite deep relaxation. With a rotating lineup of expert practitioners, each session offers a unique experience—ranging from sound healing and mindfulness to breathwork, gentle movement, and guided meditation. Whether you need to reset, recharge, or simply take a moment for yourself, Rest is a space to slow down, breathe, and be held. No experience needed—just come as you are and allow yourself to unwind.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy We understand that life with little ones (and growing bellies) can be unpredictable. Our cancellation policy exists to keep classes running smoothly and to be fair to teachers and other members of our community. Cancellations - Classes can be cancelled online up to 24 hours before the class start time. - If you need to cancel within 24 hours, please contact (hello@nestglasgow.com) directly as soon as possible. No-Shows A no-show is when a class is not cancelled at least 4 hours before the start time. A £3 no-show fee will be applied if you do not attend and haven’t cancelled within this window. This policy applies to unlimited members. It’s in place because missed bookings prevent others from accessing spaces in our classes. Thank you for helping us keep classes accessible and fair for everyone.
