Service Description
Birth Prep Yoga is a gentle and informative class designed to help you prepare for labor by improving mobility and understanding how your body moves. Through a combination of mindful movement, fascia release techniques, and pelvic mobility exercises, this class helps you build strength, flexibility, and awareness of your body’s alignment. You'll learn how fascia can impact movement and how unlocking pelvic movement can support labour and birth. With a focus on breath, movement, and mindset, this class will leave you feeling empowered, informed, and ready for the birth of your baby. Recommended from Week 12 and to get the most out of the session it is recommended you come regularly.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy We understand that life with little ones (and growing bellies) can be unpredictable. Our cancellation policy exists to keep classes running smoothly and to be fair to teachers and other members of our community. Cancellations - Classes can be cancelled online up to 24 hours before the class start time. - If you need to cancel within 24 hours, please contact (hello@nestglasgow.com) directly as soon as possible. No-Shows A no-show is when a class is not cancelled at least 4 hours before the start time. A £3 no-show fee will be applied if you do not attend and haven’t cancelled within this window. This policy applies to unlimited members. It’s in place because missed bookings prevent others from accessing spaces in our classes. Thank you for helping us keep classes accessible and fair for everyone.
