Service Description
Birth Prep Yoga is a gentle and informative class designed to help you prepare for labor by improving mobility and understanding how your body moves. Through a combination of mindful movement, fascia release techniques, and pelvic mobility exercises, this class helps you build strength, flexibility, and awareness of your body’s alignment. You'll learn how fascia can impact movement and how unlocking pelvic movement can support labour and birth. With a focus on breath, movement, and mindset, this class will leave you feeling empowered, informed, and ready for the birth of your baby. Recommended from Week 12 and to get the most out of the session it is recommended you come regularly.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your class up to 12 hours in advance via the booking system. Please do not reach out to us if it is over 12 hours, this should be done directly by you on the website or app. Less tan 4 ours notice to cancel a space or not showing at all may result in a penalty fee.
