Service Description

A gentle after school movement class for parents and their little ones aged 5 - 12. Children are welcome to participate alongside you while you both strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enjoy a mindful movement session. This is a trial class that will run for 4-6 weeks to guage demand.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your class up to 12 hours in advance via the booking system. Please do not reach out to us if it is over 12 hours, this should be done directly by you on the website or app. Less tan 4 ours notice to cancel a space or not showing at all may result in a penalty fee.
