Held in an adult-only circle setting, this weekly clinic is a place for mothers to explore the often unspoken realities of motherhood with honesty, compassion, and support.
This is not therapy, and it is not about fixing you.
It is a guided, coaching-led space designed to help mothers feel more emotionally supported, more internally steady, and less alone within the realities of modern motherhood.
There is no pressure to share, perform, or arrive with everything figured out.
