We’re delighted to welcome Rachel from Little Love Club to Nest for a truly unique bonding experience — a Winter Wonderland Baby Spa Retreat designed to nurture both baby and parent, creating calm, connection, and memories you’ll carry long after the class ends.
Your little one will begin with a warm Shnuggle bath, complete with a beautifully curated sensory kit. Inside you’ll find gentle, natural treasures — soothing oats, soft florals, twinkling lights, cucumber slices, warm milk, and more. Each element is chosen to help babies explore with their senses in a way that feels safe, relaxing, and joyful. Afterwards, they’ll be wrapped in the cosiest robe, snug and content.
Then Rachel will guide you through baby massage techniques to ease colic, wind, constipation, teething, and general restlessness. These are simple, practical tools you can take home — helping to soothe your baby, support relaxation, and encourage more settled sleep.
