Founder of Mellow Mummas and Nest Glasgow

Dedicated to creating supportive, community-driven spaces for mothers and families. With over 12 years of experience as a yoga teacher, antenatal educator, and business mentor, Jenny is passionate about empowering mothers through movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection. As a mother of three herself, she understands the realities of balancing self-care, parenting, and work. She specialises in pregnancy and postnatal yoga, birth preparation yoga, pilates, meditation, and breathwork, helping mums prepare for birth, recover postnatally, and find space for themselves amidst the demands of motherhood. Beyond movement, Jenny also mentors mother-led businesses, guiding them to create sustainable, profitable venturesthat align with their passions. Whether she's leading a class, hosting a workshop, or supporting women in business, Jenny’s work is rooted in community, well-being, and empowerment.

Former professional dancer with over 15 years of experience, having performed in the West End, across the UK, and internationally. Since becoming a mum to Phoebe, Lisa has recognised the importance of staying active in a way that feels accessible and enjoyable for busy mums. She now specialises in Barre Fitness and Dance Fit, creating welcoming classes that allow parents to move, strengthen, and reconnect with their bodies. Lisa is dedicated to helping others find confidence and joy through movement and looks forward to welcoming you and your little ones to class.

Dedicated Hatha Yoga practitioner who discovered yoga as a pathway to balance and healing after experiencing burnout in her previous career. Now, she is passionate about guiding others on their own journey towards well-being. Her practice focuses on mindful movement, breathwork, and creating space away from life’s demands, offering a supportive environment where both beginners and seasoned practitioners can connect with their bodies, release tension, and find calm. When she’s not on the mat, Caitlin can be found exploring Scotland’s breathtaking landscapes, embracing the invigorating chill of cold water dipping in lochs, or planning her next travel adventure. These experiences in nature deeply inform her teaching, bringing elements of exploration, courage, and presence into every class. For Caitlin, yoga isn’t about achieving perfect poses—it’s about learning to listen to your body and developing tools for balance in all aspects of life.

With a wealth of knowledge and a passion for guiding others into deeper connection and alignment. After years of self-practice, she travelled to Bali to train in a variety of yoga styles, cultivating a holistic and deeply rooted approach to both movement and philosophy. Kerry lives a yogic lifestyle both on and off the mat and is passionate about teaching that yoga is so much more than poses—it is a way of life. Her classes offer a space of stillness and union, using movement and breath to align body, mind, and soul. As a fully qualified CMA Sound Healing Practitioner, Kerry weaves sound baths and one-to-one healing sessions into her offerings, creating a full experience of relaxation, energetic healing, and inner peace.

Bringing her passion for women’s health to the forefront of everything she touches. Specialist bodywork sessions are tailored for every phase and stage of womanhood in clinic. These sessions, as well as Talitha’s handmade Womb Oil products can hold you through fertility pathways, loss, motherhood transitions, menstrual health and pre/post menopausal care. She holds a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise to guide you from womb to tomb, in a way that centres your self-led healing and at home practice too. Talitha will be resident at Nest each Friday for bodywork and also works locally as a Postnatal Doula for at home support, care and nurturance.
