Service Description
Our Postpartum Pilates class is designed to gently rehabilitate and strengthen the body after giving birth. Perfect for mums who are 6 to 12 weeks postpartum up to any stage of motherhood (you are always post partum after having kids!), this class focuses on core recovery, improving pelvic floor function, and restoring overall strength and well-being. Suitable once you’ve had your six-week check-up and are cleared for exercise, this class welcomes pre-crawling babies to join you on your journey back to movement.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the session starts. Cancelations with less than 24 hours to go will not be re-credited or refunded. This applies to classes, play cafes and co-working. Private rental policies are separate.
