A deeply restorative session designed to calm your nervous system, release tension, and invite deep relaxation. Whether you need to reset, recharge, or simply take a moment for yourself, this session is a space to slow down, breathe, and be held. No experience needed—just come as you are and allow yourself to unwind. This is a monthly session involving yin yoga and a deep relaxation with a short sound bath. As pe the yin style, you can expect to hold yoga poses for a few minutes each, supported by props and bolsters.
