Service Description
This is your weekly invitation to pause, soften, and feel supported — body, mind, and nervous system. Led by antenatal educator Hollie from Mother Zen, this class blends gentle breathwork, soothing movement, guided relaxation, and meaningful conversation around birth preparation. You’ll learn simple tools to regulate your nervous system, release tension, and feel more emotionally and physically prepared for labour — all while connecting with your baby in a space that feels safe and nurturing. There’s time for sharing, questions, and reflection — but there’s no pressure to talk. You’re welcome to simply come, get cosy, and receive what you need. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy. No experience needed — just you, your baby, and a moment to rest.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the session starts. Cancelations with less than 24 hours to go will not be re-credited or refunded. This applies to classes, play cafes and co-working. Private rental policies are separate.
