Nest Glasgow – Participant Waiver & Liability Agreement

By attending any class, event, therapy session, or service at Nest Glasgow (including off-site and outdoor sessions), you agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in any activity at Nest Glasgow, including movement-based classes, therapies, co-working, or play sessions, involves physical activity and carries some risk. I acknowledge that I take full responsibility for my own health, safety, and participation and agree to take part within my own limits.

2. Baby/Child Supervision

I understand that if I bring my baby or child to a session, I remain fully responsible for their safety and wellbeing at all times. Nest facilitators and staff are not responsible for supervising children during any session, including baby-friendly or baby/child-welcome classes.

3. Outdoor Sessions
I acknowledge that for any Nest-hosted sessions taking place outdoors (e.g. in a park), I am fully responsible for supervising my child/children. I understand that Nest does not control the outdoor environment and cannot be held liable for any risks associated with terrain, weather, or third parties.

4. Health Declaration
I confirm that I and/or my child are in good physical and mental health and fit to take part. I agree to inform the facilitator of any relevant injuries, health conditions, or concerns in advance of any session.

5. Waiver of Liability
I waive all claims against Nest Glasgow, its directors, facilitators, teachers, therapists, or staff, for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation in any activity or service. This includes accidental injury, property loss, or indirect damages.
 

6. Digital Content & Photography
Regular sessions at Nest are private and not recorded or photographed. Content creation sessions will be clearly marked in advance. I understand that by attending a marked content session, I give consent for photography or video, unless I opt out.

7. Bookings & Cancellation
I understand that all sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to Nest’s cancellation policy. I accept that cancelling less than 24 hours before the start of a session may result in the class credit being used.

By attending a Nest session or using the facilities, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
